Shaylyn Stanley
Operations Manager
Shaylyn Stanley currently serves as TPI’s Operations Manager where she coordinates and executes on operations and marketing strategies for the business. She specifically focuses on ensuring the company is well positioned to take on projects across the TPI customer base while partnering with company executives to expand TPI’s marketing and business development efforts.
Shaylyn’s background is in business development, marketing, and project management in the international development space. She’s worked for large non-profits including Pathfinder International and Plan International and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Namibia.
Shaylyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Biology from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a focus on Corporate Strategy and Finance.
